The maintenance and inspection training offer is comprised of workshops dedicated to instrumentation, electrical training, but also rotating equipment training and inspection module themes (radioprotection, tank integrity…)

Equipped with an instrumentation workshop with numerous simulators and test benches to illustrate the theory such as ATEX, command control, equipment and Alarms and safety.

It also offers an electrical training substation to simulate all types of faults that could occur (industrial electrical network operations, H0B0 certification…).

The following activities can be set up in the OLEUM’s maintenance zone:

  • Scaffolding.
  • Isolation (piping or equipment).
  • Rotating equipment maintenance.
  • Heat exchanger maintenance.
  • Column maintenance.
  • High pressure cleaning.
  • Fittings (flow overs, motorized…).
  • Working at height.
  • Lifting operation.

OLEUM also offers preparation towards inspection with regards to acquiring CTNIC level 1 and 2 certifications:

  • Static equipment inspection (column, exchanger…).
  • Legislation.
  • Metallurgy.
  • Non-destructive testing.
  • Degradation modes.
